Any video of  how to use the app I'm new to this and I don't know how to use it

Go to the online version and use the help wizard a few times and play around with things you'll get it figured out in no time. The help wizard will basically get you started with all the inputs for your box then you can tweak things and look at the graphs to see the changes. Feel free to holler back if you still can't get it. Good luck and remember this is supposed to be fun
